Lenon Volpini é de Rio Preto, mas vive em São Paulo há algum tempo, onde atua como modelo e cidadão do mundo. Isso mesmo: o rapaz, além de saber muito bem como encarar as lentes de uma câmera, também sabe que deve dar sua contribuição social à comunidade que o rodeia. De olhos bem abertos para essa tarefa, Lenon decidiu mudar o ambiente que o cercava, na região da Luz, na capital paulista.
“Saía de casa e sempre notava pessoas necessitadas, como acontece com todos nós diariamente. Um dia decidi presentear um desses moradores de rua com um kit de banho de hotel (miniaturas de xampu, sabonete e condicionador). A pessoa ficou tão feliz que decidi transformar o gesto em uma ação maior, resume o modelo que, desde então, criou o programa “Banho de Gato”.
O projeto é bem maneiro e funciona de maneira muito simples: Lenon monta os kits com produtos de higiene e os distribui a pessoas carentes. Só em setembro, o modelo conseguiu bater seu recorde: “Distribuí quase 300 kits, dessa vez com camisinhas inclusas, a habitantes do Núcleo Prates, que atende o Bom Retiro. Em 2019, quero aumentar as doações em pelo menos 60%”, comemora. Projeto bacana, né? É de gente assim que o Brasil precisa…
